The Project Manager may be responsible for but is not limited to;
- Lead projects that are high priority and directly affect profitability
- Direct and bring an idea from plan to reality across multiple channels, business groups, geographies, and customer segments
- Lead from where you sit - lead high impact teams, influence and build relationships with multiple stakeholders, facilitate communication with all stakeholders efficiently and effectively
- Build a best-in-class culture of quality, regulatory controls, and governance processes
- Analyze trends to proactively prevent problems
- Be a strategic thought partner to the business/technology, identifying and recommending innovative solutions
- Leverage project management skills to promote best practices and apply learning
Requirements
- Relationship management, consultative approach, and influencing skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze a component or components of a process to optimize system functionality
- Has a track record of managing large-scale projects in excess of $1MM
- Solid written, and verbal communication skills
