Compensation Range: Split range window between 55% – 60% to the contractor based on experience
Higher split available for Saturday shifts

Our clinics bring together Neurologists, Physicians, Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Counsellors, Psychiatrists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Vision Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to help patients recover from life-changing injuries and return to meaningful daily function.
As a Physiotherapist at iScope, your work will directly support patients recovering from:
- Concussion and brain injury
- Vestibular dysfunction
- Chronic pain
- Motor vehicle accident-related injuries
- Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Your Impact
As a Physiotherapist with iScope, you will play an important role in helping patients recover from injury, improve function, reduce pain, and regain quality of life through evidence-informed rehabilitation and collaborative care.
In this role,
you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients with concussion, vestibular dysfunction, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress effectively
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide case management support for patients requiring coordination of multiple services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey through education and patient-centered care
- Stay current with advancements in concussion rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and evidence-based physiotherapy practices
- Maintain ethical and professional standards while delivering compassionate care
What You Bring
We are looking for clinicians who are compassionate, collaborative, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Registration and good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
- Robust clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A patient-centered and evidence-informed approach to care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning
Preferred Assets:
- Vestibular rehabilitation experience
- Concussion rehabilitation experience
- Experience working with chronic pain or motor vehicle accident-related injuries
- Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare settings
Education, Training, and Experience
- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registration and good standing with CHCPBC
- Valid professional liability insurance
- Vestibular or concussion rehabilitation experience considered an asset
- Mentorship and on-site training available for clinicians looking to expand into concussion rehabilitation
