Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor machine operation and packaging equipment to ensure #1 product is produced and delivered to our customers.
- Conduct quality checks on products to guarantee all specs are in the product range.
- Effectively communicate with team and leaders on daily goal.
- Ensure the workstation is clean and clear of all safety hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced setting and with changing environmental conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude and commitment to working safely.
- Must be able to achieve forklift certification.
- Basic Excel and Outlook skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Manufacturing Experience.
Communication Skills
- Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to read and understand written and spoken English language.
Physical Demands
- Partner must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
- The partner is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, with repetitive motions of hands, arms and shoulders.
- The partner must regularly lift up to 50 pounds and periodically lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
