Position: Plumbing Foreman Mid-Rise & Woodframe Projects

Location: Various Sites Across Metro Vancouver (Langley, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, and others)

Salary Range: $53 - $65/hour (depending on experience)

Overview:

An established mechanical contractor with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality multi-family residential projects is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations on a 6-storey woodframe walk-up project, with additional ongoing work in the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver areas.

Your Role:

- Directly coordinate with site supervisors and project stakeholders





- Lead and mentor field crews to ensure smooth execution of BIM-driven installations

- Act as the bridge between site activities, pre-fab processes, and virtual design coordination

- Maintain schedule momentum by anticipating and resolving manpower, logistics, and design issues

- Attend site meetings, interpret documentation, and maintain proactive communication

What You Bring:

- Journeyman Plumber certification (Red Seal preferred)

- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction

- Experience leading plumbing installations for multi-storey woodframe buildings

- Solid understanding of mechanical plans, BIM coordination, and site logistics
- A strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
