Now Hiring: Pre-Construction Real Estate Agents – PEEL REGION (Brampton, Caledon, Bolton)

We are seeking a full time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in the Peel region.

This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.

What You’ll Do

- Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities

- Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes

- Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal

- Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures

- Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed

Requirements

All candidates must be a licensed sales representative in Ontario and be in good standing with RECO professional standards. All candidates will need to activate or have active a TREB membership.

1-3 years on in office pre-construction experience is preferred.
