Technical

Leadership ~ Owns and continually evolves the software implementation strategy, delivery methodology and project workflows used to implement JANA’s products, ensuring successful project outcomes for our clients. ~ Creates best practices and workflows that make the software implementation journey smooth, streamlined, and highly adaptable to each client’s unique needs. ~ Collaborates withProduct, Software, Operations, Client Experience, and Risk Strategiesto ensure every detail of our Software Implementation Framework aligns with our product vision and supports our clients. ~ Champions a culture of collaboration, where every stakeholder contributes to making JANA’s Software Implementation Framework best in class. ~ Builds comprehensive, accessible documentation that provides clear direction for internal teams and empowers clients to get the most from our solutions. ~ Develops training resources that support ongoing development for project teams and ensure consistent, high-quality client interactions. ~ Ensures every process document, template, and guide is a valuable asset that enhances efficiency and scalability. ~ Defines and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reveal the success of our Software Implementation Framework. ~ Leverages data and feedback to drive decision-making, enhancing our processes with actionable insights and measurable improvements. ~ Oversees the day-to-day activities of JANA’s Process Specialists and Project Mangers, providing guidance, support,



and mentorship to ensure high-quality outcomes. ~ Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback to help team members excel in their roles.
