Responsibilities

- Contribute to crafting the product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product design documents (concept document, business case, product requirements).

- Attain expertise on all products and assist the product team in steering the development of product features and functionality, harnessing the robust foundation of existing capabilities when apt.

- Engage with internal teams and fellow product teams to define and execute a unified strategy pertaining to a particular product or feature.

- Innovate distinctive, imaginative, and influential solutions by amalgamating insights from various expert functional resources, fostering collaborative solution development.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partners to ensure punctual delivery of critical projects and programs.





- Possess a working knowledge of standard project management tools.

- Generate regular reporting and analytics to track key product trends.

Qualifications

- Work experience of 2 or more years with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).

- Work experience of 3 or more years with a Bachelor’s Degree or over 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).

- Passion for your craft and enthusiasm for the chance to revolutionize payments while working for an industry leader.

- Initiative-driven with a proven track record of achieving results within an effective team and the adeptness to prioritize and multitask effectively under deadlines.

- Possess or swiftly cultivate subject matter expertise on the product, encompassing platform proficiency, market nuances, pricing economics, etc.

- Capability to rapidly grasp the intricacies of internal systems and their functionalities. API experience is a substantial asset.

- Ability to articulate intricate business and technical concepts to diverse audiences in an accessible manner, coupled with robust documentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint.

- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Superior problem-solving skills with an unwavering focus on delivering for clients.

Compensation: 90-100k CAD
