Musashi Auto Parts Canada Inc. is looking for dedicated, reliable and hardworking team members as Production Associates for a variety of departments. The ideal candidates must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment while making quality parts and achieving company goals in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD).Starting Rate: $24.33 per hour + shift premium (ranging from $1.50, $2.50 and $3.50 per hour depending on the hour of the day) Qualifications: 1-2 yrs manufacturing experience or other related experience.
Able to achieve a passing grade on Musashi pre-employment testing.
Must be able to do shift rotation Shift Schedules: 3 shift rotation (7.5 hour @ days, afternoons, and nights)
Straight nights available upon request
Continental shift rotation (11.5 hour @ days and nights based on operational needs)
Overtime weekend (based on operational needs) Job Responsibilities: Operate equipment to produce quality parts.
Perform necessary measuring and machine checks to ensure quality and quantity targets are being met.
Attend annual health and safety training including (but not limited to) WHMIS, and Lockout Tag-out.
Personal Skills: Exceptional people skills and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated and well organized.
Able to multitask.
Works well alone or as a team.
Flexible with valuable time management.
Excellent technical skills.
