- Role Summary: The Program Manager will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing various community engagement programs and initiatives, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. - Own strategizing, planning, and budget planning for Microsoft Research community initiatives and programs.

- Build and execute community engagement programs to support organizational priorities and recruitment initiatives.

- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Business, or a related field.

- 5-6 years of experience in program, event, and stakeholder management.
- Strong cross-collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.

- Proficiency in program planning, organizing, budgeting, and execution.
- Audience and customer-focused mindset.
- Independent judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.

- Preferred Skills and Qualifications: PMI or PMP certification.
