: This role is for a project manager who will work in the Identity and Access Management department to help manage the Access management deliverables for the Firmwide Sensitive data program. The Project Manager will work with various IAM squads to define/refine deliverables and track progress of milestones. The PM will facilitate weekly meetings and create/manage status reports for IAM senior management and stakeholder reporting and communications.
Responsibilities include
Engage with Access management squads to define and track IAM deliverables for FSDS
Plan (Milestone & Dependency) Management
Facilitate Weekly SCRUM Meetings-Track Program Risk and Issues
Facilitate Program Change Management Process
Create Weekly Project Status Report for IAM stakeholders
Participate in cross-department FSDS meetings
Record and publish meeting minutes and take-aways
Ensure critical path and cross workstream dependencies are tracked
Review projects to ensure they are in compliance with PLC/SDLC processes
