This is a long-term contract, hybrid position, with in-office presence required 2 days a week in downtown Toronto.

The Role

As our client continues to build out the capabilities of its Project Management Office (PMO), we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects within the Business Intelligence & I space.

Your time will be split between:

- Leading Data Strategy projects with the Business Intelligence & Analytics team & Managing a portfolio of Infrastructure & Development projects, ranging from hardware implementations to more complex application development work, providing additional capacity and support to technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple concurrent projects using the most effective methodologies (Agile,



Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery across initiatives.
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management for complex initiatives.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide structured reporting (dashboards, summaries, updates) to leadership.
- Contribute to shaping the PMO’s best practices and delivery standards.
