Assistant Project Manager – Construction

? Overview:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality ICI and multi-residential construction projects across Southern Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected and growing general contractor in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

? Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and documentation

- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders

- Coordinate procurement and material deliveries

- Take meeting minutes, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication among team members

- Maintain and update project management software and logs





- Help enforce safety and quality standards on-site

? Requirements:

- 2–5 years’ experience in a construction project support role (APM, Coordinator, etc.)

- Exposure to ICI or multi-residential projects is strongly preferred

- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

- Construction-related diploma or degree an asset

- Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
