Our client is a privately held, long-term owner and operator of commercial real estate with a diversified retail portfolio spanning the GTA and Cambridge. With a strong ownership mindset and a focus on operational consistency, they manage assets directly and take pride in building stable, well-run properties supported by experienced, accountable teams.

Your Current Employer

This organization is known for its long-term outlook, disciplined growth, and people-first culture. Leadership is hands-on and accessible. The portfolio includes enclosed retail centres, some currently under construction, and the team is busy and growing, seeking additional support to keep pace with a dynamic, hands-on portfolio.

Your Role

Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, the Property Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of 15 enclosed retail sites across the GTA and Cambridge. Expect significant travel in the first few months to get acquainted with the portfolio, transitioning to quarterly site visits thereafter. You will be supported by a Property Administrator and mentored by the Senior Property Manager. A vehicle is required.

This is a 6-month contract position with the potential, though not guaranteed,



to transition to a permanent position.

Compensation

Expected base salary of $110,000 - $120,000 per year.
