Position Summary The Quality Assurance Inspector (Evening) checks printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and cable assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Main tasks include keeping inspection records, addressing audit issues, handling defective materials, and helping fix problems by finding the cause and making improvements. This role involves working Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, 4 day/10hr shifts, including 2 paid 15-minute breaks per shift.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include: In-process and final inspection of printed circuit boards / assemblies (PCB / PCBAs), cable assemblies according to the quality, performance, and acceptance criteria defined by IPC-A-610 / IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and other manufacturing drawings/documents.
Maintain inspection records utilizing many different electronic information systems.
Assist in the resolution of audit findings, observations,
and recommendations.
Assist with the control and disposition of non-conforming material (MRB). Assist with the resolution to internal/external nonconformance using root cause, corrective action, and 8D methodologies.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience in operating/programming Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) an asset
Experience with ISO9001:2015 and/or ISO13485:2016 Quality Management Systems an asset.
