Job Title: Real Estate Administrator

Location: Sherwood Park, AB (in-office)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

What Will You Be Doing?

- Project Accounting Support: Collaborate with project managers to track expenses, ensure budget alignment, and provide financial analysis for ongoing and new projects.
- Investor Relations: Work closely with senior management to craft and deliver compelling presentations and materials that resonate with investors and stakeholders.
- Underwriting Assistance: Dive deep into potential investment opportunities, assess financial viability, and prepare detailed financial models that guide strategic decisions.
- Project Management Support: Provide support in preparing construction site reports and financial updates for investors, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders are well-informed.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on emerging real estate markets, analyzing trends and opportunities to drive strategic planning.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with team members across different locations, fostering a strong sense of community and ensuring effective communication.

Who You Are





- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- OR a strong academic record that demonstrates critical thinking, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of business principles.

- Experience:

- Real Estate Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate development, property management, or construction.

Additional experience in the following would be an asset:

- - Project Management: Demonstrated experience in supporting or leading projects, particularly in real estate development or construction.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.

- Financial Analysis and Accounting: Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial analysis, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Your ability to interpret financial data and provide insights will be crucial

- Business and Financial Acumen: A deep understanding of business fundamentals and financial health indicators.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and you’re adept at tailoring your message to different audiences,



from team members to senior executives and investors.

- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically about problems and develop innovative solutions. You make decisions based on a blend of data analysis, experience, and sound judgment.

- Detail-Oriented: An eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in financial reports, presentations, and project documentation. You consistently deliver high-quality work with minimal errors.
- Self-Motivated and Proactive: A self-starter who takes initiative and is driven to achieve goals without needing constant supervision.
