Overview Real Estate Law Clerk – Oakville, ON. Prospect to work in North Toronto office if more convenient!

Responsibilities - Process a residential real estate file from intake to closing for both a vendor and purchaser.

- Utilize proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, PCLaw, Word and Outlook.
- Maintain excellent client relationship skills and communications.

Qualifications - 5+ years of experience working as a Real Estate Law Clerk.

- Ability to process a residential real estate file to closing for both vendors and purchasers.
- Proficiency with Teraview, Conveyancer, Unity, Lawyer Done Deal, PCLaw, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent client relationship skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Salary based on experience level.
