Real Estate Law Clerk

Our client, a reputable full-service law firm with deep roots in Ontario, is looking for a Real Estate Law Clerk to join their thriving transactions team. Whether you’ve worked in residential, commercial, or both—if you love the pace of real estate deals and want to grow in a supportive, down-to-earth firm, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Run real estate files from open to close—residential, commercial, or both
- Draft and review agreements, APS, mortgage documents, and closing materials
- Conduct title and off-title searches using Teraview
- Communicate with clients, lenders, realtors, and municipal contacts
- Manage all aspects of closing day and post-closing follow-up
- Stay organized with accurate file management and documentation

What You Bring

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in real estate law (transactional)
- Comfortable using Teraview, Unity, Conveyancer, or similar tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple closings
- Great communication skills—you keep clients and team members in the loop
- A proactive mindset and a calm, solutions-focused approach
