A fantastic chance awaits an accomplished Recruitment Coordinator to join a renowned Global Organization in the heart of Vancouver downtown.

This dynamic role requires you to provide comprehensive recruitment support to the entire business. You will be responsible for leading the recruitment of a high volume of positions across various departments within the company, from start to finish.

As part of a team, you will handle all aspects of recruitment, including job brief intake, advertising, candidate screening and interviewing, campaign coordination, reference checking, and advising stakeholders as needed.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume recruitment role and an in-depth understanding of internal recruitment processes

- Ability to lead and delegate HR Coordinators and Administrators on various campaigns

- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders across all areas of the business

- Proficiency with Bamboo HR and intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills are a plus

- Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, initiative, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Passionate about delivering high-quality service
