The Regional Health, Safety &
- Environmental (HSE) Manager is responsible for leading and advancing a best-in-class HSE program across multiple Canadian locations, including construction projects and operational facilities. This role provides strategic direction, technical expertise,
and hands-on support to site-level HSE teams and business leadership to ensure compliance with OHS, Environmental and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), as well as applicable regulatory and contractual requirements across federal, provincial, and/or territorial jurisdictions.
The role serves as a key partner to construction, operations, engineering, procurement, and senior leadership—driving a proactive safety culture, mitigating risk, and ensuring alignment with corporate HSE goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications
Education &
- Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health &
- Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Qualified certifications preferred (e.g., CRSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent).
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive HSE experience, including leadership of multi-site or regional programs
- Experience in data center construction/operations and/or industrial construction environments strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience with OHS &
- ECCC regulatory compliance in complex, accelerated pace environments
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HSE teams
