Your role will focus on positioning, pursuing, and winning work while fostering sustainable practices in the mining sector. As part of Stantec's Energy & Resources division, the Regional Sector Leader will drive growth initiatives in Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and Current Brunswick. You will leverage your deep understanding of the mining industry, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure effective execution of sector projects.

Your leadership will empower teams to enhance client relationships and position Stantec for future success. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sector leaders to assess regional market opportunities
- Identify and pursue strategic sector opportunities in Canada East




- Develop long-term growth strategies for key clients and projects
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Coach and mentor professionals across the region

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 15 years of industry experience, 10 years managing pursuits/proposals
- Deep knowledge of engineering project delivery
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually
