We are looking for a Regional Service Manager to cover our clients Western Saskatchewan region. You would work with the location managers to optimize service operations to maximize return on investment. This position will report to the Director of Service Operations. Locations included: North Battleford, Swift Current, Leader, Kindersley, Shaunavon, Maple Creek, Kyle and Unity, Saskatchewan.
Responsibilities
- Assist managers with labour sales, staffing and budgets processes.
- Guides consistent implementation and quality control of process & procedure..
- Regular direct communication with all location’s service teams to provide support.
- Frequent travel to each location in region per month.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5+ years experience as a manager of a high performing Service or Branch operations, and experience in the Ag industry.
- Have proven experience leading, developing, and inspiring others, exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
