- Develop asset strategies for current assets being installed at our mining and milling operations, including the creation of maintenance instructions and bills of materials.
- Review completed maintenance plans and BOMs with operational team to ensure they align with their expectations.
- Support the master data team during their implementation of your maintenance plans.
- Work with project engineers on multiple projects to ensure deliverables, schedules and budgets are met.
- Review vendor submission packages for inclusion of appropriate maintenance information.
Skills / Previous Experience
- Experience using RCM, FMEA, RBD, MTA or other reliability methodologies in the development of asset strategies.
- Experience with mining or other heavy industries • Experience in a maintenance or reliability role.
- Understanding of condition-based monitoring technologies and their application to predictive maintenance.
- SAP S4/Hana experience an asset.
- Bentley AssetWise APM experience an asset.
