The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer who's equal parts data nerd and growth hacker. What You'll Actually Do Drive multi-channel growth – Own and optimise SEO, paid social, influencer marketing, referrals, and partnerships. Think co-marketing deals, influencer collabs, and channel partnerships that scale. Be metrics-obsessed – Track everything, test relentlessly, and make data-driven decisions.

What We're Looking For 3–6 years in growth or performance marketing with proven multi-channel execution Real experience building partnerships—whether that's influencer deals, co-marketing,



or channel partnerships Strong analytical chops and a track record of managing acquisition costs effectively Good product intuition—you can spot friction in user flows and know how to fix it Scrappy mindset—you're willing to hustle, move fast, and own outcomes in a high-growth startup Bonus: Background in consumer apps, fintech, or financial services What We Offer Compensation: Up to $140K Performance bonus: 20–25% of base Equity: $50K/year in RSUs or options Location: On-site (Toronto, Canada) Why Join Snaplii?
