We are currently looking for a DevOps Manager in Oakville, Ontario. Managed and supervised a team of software engineers and DevOps engineers, including task assignment, performance evaluation, and career development.

Led workforce planning, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a scalable and high-performing engineering team. Conducted regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and implemented improvement plans to enhance team effectiveness. Planned and directed Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and execution.

Allocated resources based on business priorities, capacity planning, and team strengths to ensure optimal productivity. Served as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, production issues, and cross-functional dependencies. Planned, coordinated,



and directed DevOps delivery across multiple projects within the AWS contact center platform.

Directed the architecture and implementation of a Kubernetes-based DevOps platform on AWS EKS to standardize CI/CD and GitOps practices.
