Remote Sales Representative – Life Insurance (AO / Globe Life)

Work from home anywhere in Canada.

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team with AO (a division of Globe Life), providing life and supplemental insurance to working families across North America.

This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity with uncapped income potential and career growth into leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

- Meet virtually with clients who have requested information about life insurance

- Help families choose coverage that fits their needs and budget

- Complete applications and support clients through the process

- Build long-term client relationships

- Opportunity to grow into leadership and build your own team

Compensation

- 100% commission-based

- Average first-year earnings: $40,000 – $80,000+ (performance-based)

- Weekly pay + bonuses

- Residual income on renewals

Requirements

- Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work
