Medexus Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Information to lead medical information services, support medical excellence initiatives, and ensure scientifically accurate, compliant content across Medexus products.

The role covers medical information inquiry handling, literature review, MLR reviews, content creation, vendor oversight, and cross‑functional collaboration with Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams. Work from home with limited travel; base salary range $140K–$180K CAD.
