Residential Sales Associate

We are expanding our team and are looking for an expert is sales and business development.

As our Residential Sales Associate, you are a pro in business development, establishing relationships acquiring new clients, and attaining objectives The role:

- Partner with residential building and condo developers to obtain new areas of residential sales





- Actively seek out new avenues for residential sales and build a client base through cold-calling, email marketing, and client relationship management

- Provide sales expertise and strategies to reach and exceed sales targets

- Establish and maintain solid business and customer relationships

About you:

- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Experience attaining sales targets

- Highly motivated and target driven

- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiating skills

- Bilingual in French and English
