Revelstoke Mountain Resort is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to work for Mountain Childcare full-time. The role of childcare supervisor is to plan, organize and supervise all aspects of the Childcare Facility daily operations, and support the Director with other childcare related administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities: Training, Supervising and scheduling of the Childcare attendant’s Team Liaison with Interior Health, ensuring the facility meets the operations standards Supervising and caring for children aged 18 months to 6 years of age in Mountain Childcare Planning and organizing daily operations, including snacks and lunches, cleaning, games and activities, outdoor excursions, etc... Administration duties include check-in and reservations, communication with parents, liaison with the Sales desk, staff payroll, etc... Act according to RMR and Mountain Childcare Policies and Procedures.

Communicate regularly with management and/or parents/guardians.

Qualifications &

Skills Requirements: (Please note, only applications that meet the requirements will be considered) Work eligibility in Canada – can provide work permit and SIN documentation

Minimum of two years' experience with Childcare supervision, and /or relevant work experience.



Degree related to Early Childhood Education and/or the completion of a course, or a combination of courses, of at least 20 hours duration in child development, guidance, health and safety, or nutrition. Must be able to provide proof of course through a certificate or program transcript.

Be able to provide care and mature guidance to children ages 18 months-6 years old Have relevant work experience in a child-minding setting with ages 18 months-6 years of age Food safe is an asset Current First Aid Certificate with CPR. A Criminal Record Check will be completed by Mountain Childcare. Adaptable and reliable Strong work ethic Have creative ideas for program planning Fluency in English, second languages are an asset Compensation and Benefits:
