First Place Pediatrics provides compassionate, high-quality private duty nursing care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their homes. We’re currently hiring a Nurse Supervisor to support our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Nurse Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring clinical excellence and compliance. You’ll support field nurses, complete supervisory visits, and assist with care planning, insurance authorizations, and new admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supervisory home visits and support field staff
- Complete and update Plan of Care documentation
- Submit insurance authorizations and recertifications
- Assist with onboarding and admissions of new pediatric patients
- Maintain communication with families, nurses,
and office team
- Ensure compliance with state and agency policies
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in California
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience perfered
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for home visits
