We are looking for an experienced Senior Royalty Manager to join our Publishing team, reporting to the Publisher.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail skills and will preferably have 3+ years in a similar royalty role.

Your Mission

Ensuring client statements are processed accurately.

Be able to analyze income source statements and reconcile to outgoing client statements.

Assist with Royalty Review after each period for Senior Management to view.

Analysing and providing reports on income distribution when needed.

Sending out communication to clients accurately, when payments are sent.

Calculating any adjustments.

Sending payment listing to accounts.

Reconciling client accounts between Finance and the Royalty system at the end of each period.

Creating and uploading royalty statements

Checking online portal is up to date and accurate.

Responding to and resolving client queries.

Sending & tracking of LODs (outgoing & incoming).

Understanding of Royalty Rates, to check contract set up.

Support for the training of other staff.

Your Profile





Can demonstrate significant experience of working in a royalty team within Publishing.

Has an in-depth understanding of source statements, payment processes, and income flow to writers.

Proficient skills in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas etc.).

Proactive ‘can do’ approach and able to juggle priorities.

A keen interest and ability to analyze and interpret data.

Embraces change.

Meticulous and highly detail conscious.
