Responsibilities Defines the structure and relationship among CRM solutions, including the identification of re-usable components, quality level metrics, the organization and layering of software, and the determination of interfaces. ResponsibilitiSkillsExperience and Skill Set Requirements

Hybrid Work Arrangement: FFS will need to work at 5700 Yonge for 2-3 days per week.

· Curam knowledge and experience (10+ years)

· Technical solutioning and support for project/tech leads

Business Requirements and Project Management Skill 15%

· Project Management Skills ( i.e. effort estimation, project plan, risk/issue management, solutions presentation, etc)





· Business and end-user engagement

· Business requirement analysis, options analysis and recommendation

CI/CD DevOps and Infrastructure - 15%

· Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines

· Technical experience with infrastructure and operational needs for development teams i.e. (WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, Cloud support)
