- Partner with Cisco’s Sales Team to drive recurring revenue transformation
- Analyze pipeline, forecast, gross margin, discount, and OPEX metrics to coach the team toward success
- Support long-range planning and new-year readiness
- Ensure deal structures and OPEX spending comply with governing policies
- Safeguard company assets through tight financial controls
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Business Units, Cisco Capital, Legal, and Revenue Accounting
- Leverage AI to simplify processes and improve forecasting and day-to-day operational efficiency
- Report to the Canada Theatre Controller

Requirements

- Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be local to Toronto, Canada; Atlanta, Georgia, US; or Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, US
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience across multiple finance disciplines
- Prior experience analyzing SaaS metrics and Sales Pipeline (MEDDPICC)
- Expert knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and Excel modeling
- Expert knowledge of managing financial risk and expenses
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team of professionals




- Proven record of building strong partnerships and driving results
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear insights
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to overcome adversity and embrace change
