Job Title: Membership Sales Associate

Location: StretchLab Yaletown Vancouver, BC

Employment Type: Part time (2025 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM 8:00 PM; Occasional Saturday 9:00 AM 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team at StretchLab Yaletown. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in fitness or wellness sales who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate is confident with outbound calling, highly organized, and motivated by hitting goals while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to new leads and past prospects

- Book intro sessions, conduct in-person studio tours, and convert leads to memberships

- Sell stretch packages and long-term memberships by highlighting value and client outcomes

- Overcome objections and provide solutions that align with each guests wellness goals

- Upsell retail and service add-ons when appropriate

Front Desk & Client Experience

- Greet and check in all guests with professionalism and warmth

- Manage the front desk, phone calls,



email inquiries, and appointment scheduling

- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and operating smoothly at all times

- Coordinate with Flexologists and management to support daily studio operations

- Use CRM tools (e.g., ClubReady) to manage your pipeline, log activity, and follow up

Marketing & Community Outreach

- Participate in local events, open houses, and grassroots marketing efforts

- Assist with in-studio promotions, referral campaigns, and social media content

- Serve as a brand ambassador in the community and within the studio

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based role (e.g., gym, spa, chiropractic, or personal training)

- Comfortable with outbound calling, lead conversion, and sales follow-up

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident in closing memberships and handling objections

- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs or sales tracking software

- Must be available Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
