Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities:

- Act as the SAP Finance functional lead and subject matter expert for the Accounts Payable (FI-AP) module, ensuring the stability, efficiency and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and solutions;
- Ensure local functional support on SAP FI-AP and its integrations with MM, P2P, Banking, Treasury and other Finance functions, in particular for the resolution of anomalies and the realization of project activities, with autonomy;
- Provide the succession role for the Finance cutover activities, participate in cutover governance meetings, monitor progress against key milestones, coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders, and proactively manage risks and dependencies to support a successful start-up;
- Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, collaborative and stakeholder management skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic workplace;
- Collaborate with key business users to improve the efficiency and relevance of SAP solutions;
- Contribute to S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, including fit-gap analysis, solution design, parameterization, testing, and deployment;
- Participate in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment and implementation of SAP solutions, while ensuring their alignment with business needs and organizational standards;
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, parameterization documentation, and test deliverables, while ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and governance standards, either independently or with minimal supervision;
- Participate in peer reviews of design standards and specifications;




- Promote an agile culture based on team leadership, collaboration and accountability;
- Contribute to the transition between project delivery and application support teams, assuming some responsibility in the handover processes;
- Participate in the transition and transfer of responsibilities between the project delivery team and the application support team.

The profile we are looking for is as follows:

- Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience;
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in SAP setup in one or more of the following financial modules: AP, BL, FI;
- Have advanced experience in cutover, go-live and data migration activities;
- Experience managing SAP integrations with third-party systems;
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of financial accounting;
- Be able to implement SAP best practices and contribute to solution design;
- Be proficient in S/4HANA processes and have experience in data migration and cutover activities;
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions as well as internal and external management meetings in order to contribute to the evolution and improvement of technical solutions;
- Ideally have experience with the following solutions: Concur, Kyriba and BlackLine;
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of S/4HANA processes;
- Develop and transmit knowledge to peers, in particular through coaching and training;
- This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada. French and English language skills are essential, both oral and written.
