Duties

- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to oversee activity across the premises, identifying potential security threats or irregularities.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct regular surveillance patrols around the facility to ensure safety protocols are followed and detect any suspicious behavior.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities.




- Complete detailed incident reports and shift logs accurately to document all security-related activities.
- Support enforcement of safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment for all personnel.

Skills

- Robust background in law enforcement or security operations with an understanding of surveillance techniques.
- Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security monitoring equipment.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail for detecting suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, visitors, and emergency responders.
