Scrum ceremonies, ensure team alignment, and manage Agile processes to drive continuous value delivery. We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to support teams within a SAFe framework. You will animate all Scrum ceremonies while ensuring the effective application and enhancement of Agile principles. Strong collaboration with Product Owners and monitoring of Agile performance metrics are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies effectively
- Support teams in value delivery within SAFe contexts
- Optimize Agile artifacts and maintain transparency
- Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog management
- Identify and resolve barriers, dependencies, and risks

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- 15 years in information technology
- 5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience in Agile project management methodologies
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
