This is a high-impact role at the intersection of inventory, analytics, supply chain and strategy with significant visibility across the organization. You will build models and turn complex data into actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive meaningful business results.

The ideal person is a self-starter and strong program manager who can bring clarity to complex, cross‑functional initiatives, build alignment across teams, and turn strategy into execution. A consulting background combined with strong retail or supply chain experience would be particularly relevant. There is also a strong continuous‑improvement mandate – this is someone who will challenge how things are done and find better ways to drive results.

This is a contract through January 2028.

Who – The Company:

Our client is one of Vancouver’s most sought‑after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation.

What- The Role:

The Fulfillment Inventory Management team plays a critical role in maintaining inventory health, optimizing network capacity, enabling strategic inventory placement across the NAM fulfillment network, and ensuring the timely exit of end‑of‑life inventory. They partner closely with a broad range of cross‑functional teams to deliver on investment commitments while governing the processes that support effective inventory management and end‑of‑life execution.

They design and evolve core operational processes, lead governance routines, strengthen organizational connectivity, and generate data‑driven insights that fuel continuous improvement and risk mitigation. Through consistent and scalable governance frameworks, we drive productive, standardized inventory practices that improve product availability, maximize DC space utilization, and minimize impacts on DC operations.

This role will lead a team to deliver on key mandates and financial commitments in a highly cross‑functional area.

- Build complex operational–financial models that quantify process impacts, identify key drivers and KPIs, evaluate scenarios, surface risks, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner across the network to improve inventory health, accelerate end‑of‑life inventory turnover, and optimize DC space utilization and overall operational efficiency.
- Drive cross‑functional KPI improvements (e.g. inventory health, capacity, labor efficiency) by leading root cause analysis, quantifying possible levers to improve, and enabling teams with the right data, tools, and governance routines to support strategic prioritization and accountable execution.
- Analyze large, complex datasets (Excel, Power BI, and related tools) to generate timely, accurate insights to support operational and financial decisions.
- Support a multi‑million dollar savings portfolio by creating and enabling processes and tactical execution plans, leveraging strong cross‑team communication and influencing skills to proactively identify risks and develop initial risk mitigation strategies.

- Support existing processes and enable new optimizations by creating integrated tools that provide transparent KPI visibility and faster, more effective issue escalation and resolution.
- Continuously optimize current‑state fulfillment processes to improve accuracy, speed, and alignment with evolving business priorities and strategic direction.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply chain or similar; Analytics is an asset; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5-8 years of experience, preferably in consulting, strategy or equivalent experience with product/supply chain internal function within a large corporation
- 4+ years of experience working within a highly cross‑functional team
- Proven ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with varying timelines and scopes; including ability to plan, budget and manage project execution
- Self‑starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and foster this within your team
- Excellent attention to detail given the complex nature of the work and the high exposure of the content across various groups and leadership
