How you will contribute: Participate actively in all phases of development, including research, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Participate in effort estimations and contribute to impact and risk assessments during early project stages. Ensure alignment with application modernization plans and architecture roadmaps.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design principles across the team. Ability to work with various stakeholders to gather consensus and make informed decisions.

The experience you need: Skills and Attributes: COBOL, DB2, IBM iSeries experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong technical skills and hands on development and production support experience with legacy mortgage administration systems.





Experience and understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.

Experience in the mortgage industry Experience with Mortgage Administration Systems Strong analysis/debugging skills to help remove blockers for the team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements: Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in application development. Working knowledge of UML and other architecture modelling notations (class diagrams, sequence diagrams, use cases, etc.). Strong understanding of OOP concepts and frameworks. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
