We are seeking a Senior Associate Lawyer with 6 or more years of family law experience to join our Toronto office. This role is designed for a practitioner ready to take ownership of a sophisticated file portfolio, step into complex, meaningful work while playing an active role in growing the next generation of talent.

Requirements

- Proven Family Law Experience: 6 or more years of family law experience with demonstrated independence and file complexity. Ability to manage sophisticated matters including property division,



parenting disputes, support, and high-conflict litigation.
- Client Service Excellence: Strong client presence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and advocate effectively in high-stakes situations.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients, opposing counsel, the court, and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership Qualities: Genuine interest in mentoring and supporting junior associates and law clerks while driving high performance and accountability in alignment with firm's values.
- Entrepreneurial Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to contribute to firm growth, client retention, and reputation through a strong professional profile.
- Attention to Detail: High standard for accuracy and thoroughness when reviewing evidence, drafting documents, and managing financial disclosure.
- Sound Judgment and Strategic Thinking: Ability to evaluate complex situations, assess risk, and recommend clear, practical legal solutions.
