Join a strategic enterprise initiative focused on advancing Data and AI readiness within a transportation environment. This role supports the development, implementation, and operationalization of Data Governance and AI Governance frameworks in partnership with Data, Analytics & AI leadership and program stakeholders. The position contributes to governance processes, policies, standards, operating models, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and regulatory readiness activities supporting responsible and compliant use of data and AI.

Must Haves

- 5+ years in Data Governance , AI Governance , Information Governance , Risk , or Privacy
- Data Governance principles including data quality , metadata , classification , and lifecycle management
- AI Governance , AI risk management , responsible AI , and emerging regulatory requirements
- Governance frameworks , operating models , policies , standards , and governance processes
- Experience supporting regulatory, privacy, compliance, or risk management initiatives
- Experience with AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI, or emerging AI regulations
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis skills
- Strong written communication skills with experience preparing executive-ready documentation and presentations

Nice to Have

- AIGP, CDMP, or equivalent governance-related certifications
- Experience within large, regulated organizations




- Education in a related discipline

Responsibilities

- Support the development of enterprise Data Governance and AI Governance frameworks
- Support the implementation and operationalization of governance processes, policies, standards, and operating models
- Define governance processes, decision rights, and operating models with program and business stakeholdersTranslate regulatory, risk, and business requirements into governance controls and operating practices
- Support stakeholder engagement and governance forums
- Prepare governance documentation, reporting, and executive-ready materials
- Support regulatory readiness activities related to data and AI governance
