Our transportation client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (5-10+ years) to establish portfolio management and governance capabilities for a Data & AI Enablement Program

Join a strategic enterprise initiative focused on advancing Data and AI readiness within a large transportation environment. This role partners closely with program leadership to operationalize governance, planning, intake, reporting, and value realization capabilities supporting a multi-year program. The position supports enterprise portfolio management mechanisms, investment planning, and executive-level reporting across business and technology stakeholders.

Must Haves

- Enterprise program management , portfolio management , and PMO/PgMO support experience
- Business case development , investment planning , budgeting , and financial analysis exposure
- Executive reporting , process design , benefits realization , and KPI tracking
- Data , Analytics , AI , Digital Transformation , or Enterprise Technology programs experience supporting large cross-functional initiatives
- 5-10 years of Business Analysis, Program Analysis, PMO, or Strategy/Transformation experience
- Stakeholder management across business and technology teams
- Experience with governance framework development
- Comfortable working with senior leaders, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to create structure where processes are still being defined

Nice to Have

- Solid written communication and executive presentation skills





Responsibilities

- Partner with the Program Manager to establish governance, planning, intake, reporting, and value realization capabilities
- Support annual and multi-year planning activities for the Data & AI Enablement Program
- Develop and document value realization frameworks and intake mechanisms
- Support funding request and investment governance processes
- Create executive reporting and presentation materials
- Track benefits realization and KPI progress across the program
- Support portfolio management mechanisms across business and technology stakeholders
