Engineering: The Senior Electrical Engineer designs, develops, and supports electrical systems for Integra Mission Critical's modular data centers, full-scale construction projects, and integrated power and cooling infrastructure. This role focuses on disciplined technical execution, accurate documentation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver safe, reliable, and code-compliant electrical solutions across the product and project lifecycle. Develop electrical designs, calculations, and system layouts for engineered products and infrastructure projects.

Create, review, and maintain technical CAD drawings, schematics, and documentation in accordance with engineering standards and revision control. Support testing, troubleshooting, and field activities including installation, commissioning, and issue resolution. Coordinate with Mechanical, Structural, Controls, Manufacturing, Construction, and Project Management teams during project execution to ensure integrated solutions.

Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, safety requirements, and internal engineering guidelines. Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical methods, tools, and processes. Communicate technical status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline required. ~5-8 years of progressive electrical engineering experience. ~ Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or engineered systems environments preferred. ~ Solid technical foundation in electrical engineering principles, power distribution, and system integration. ~ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a project-driven environment. ~ Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
