- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of consulting Electrical Engineering experience
- Industrial and manufacturing buildings experience is desired
- Registration as PE (preferred)
- Project Management experience is required
- Must be able to obtain US Security clearance
- Must have experience in supervising, estimating, and negotiating contracts
- Must be able to supervise and manage projects of varying sizes
- Excellent leadership, supervisory, and writing and verbal communication skill
