- Lead the successful implementation of a large-scale Human Resources Information System (HRIS) across the organization
- Drive and manage client-side project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, milestone management, and deliverables
- Coordinate client resources, third-party vendors, and implementation partners
- Align project activities with approved timelines, scope, governance standards, business requirements, and best practices
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment
- Prepare and communicate Steering Committee and Executive Sponsor reporting, including project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
- Support governance processes, stage gate reviews, approvals, and escalation management
- Co-manage risks, actions, issues, and decisions; identify risks and develop mitigation and resolution strategies
- Track dependencies across functional, technical, and vendor teams
- Coordinate stakeholder, subject matter expert, and technical resource engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Manage planning and reporting for client deliverables
- Maintain the business case and track value realization to ensure expected transformation benefits are achieved
- Monitor project performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support organizational readiness, change management, and user adoption initiatives
- Perform other directly related duties as assigned
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- Considerable progressive enterprise project management experience, with preference for 10+ years
- Proven experience managing at least two end-to-end full-cycle implementations to successful outcomes,
such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or UKG/Kronos
- Oracle experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Planning
- Experience operating within structured Project Management Office+ and governance frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Familiarity with integration platforms, data migration, and testing methodologies
- Experience managing hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
- Knowledge of change management and organizational transformation practices
- Ability to work 35 hours per week
