You will lead the development and evolution of our frontend platform, driving both team execution and the broader technical direction of the UI across the product. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, performant, and accessible user experiences at scale, while partnering with UI leadership to define and execute initiatives spanning design systems, application performance, and frontend architecture. You care deeply about UI quality and craftsmanship, holding a high bar for usability, performance, and visual polish, and bring strong opinions on what makes a great user experience.

Our compensation approach is data‑driven, market‑informed, and built to scale with your growth. For this role, the base salary range is $154,000 - $205,000 CAD. We typically hire within the range in a way that supports long‑term growth, recognizing that compensation evolves as scope, performance, and impact expand over time.
