- Provide litigation services to iA Financial Group and subsidiaries
- Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
- Represent the organization in court proceedings
- Negotiate claims and disputes effectively
- Offer strategic advice on legal issues and litigation matters

Requirements:

- Law Degree (LLB or JD) with 5–10 years experience
- Licensed with Law Society of Ontario
- Solid skills in negotiation and communication
- Experience in insurance litigation preferred
- French fluency considered an asset
