What You'll Do

- Lead the conceptual design and development of custom high-speed automation systems
- Design innovative machinery focused on speed, precision, reliability, and performance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams on advanced automation projects
- Develop mechanical systems utilizing servo-driven motion, pneumatics, robotics, and precision components
- Create detailed engineering designs, assemblies, and documentation using SolidWorks
- Participate in product development from concept through manufacturing and commissioning
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across automation platforms

Qualifications

- 5+ years of mechanical design experience in high-speed automation, custom machinery, or special-purpose equipment
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Solid knowledge of servo systems, pneumatics, mechanical motion systems, manufacturing, machining practices, and GD&T;




- Advanced proficiency with SolidWorks
- Experience working with PDM and engineering document control systems
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

Compensation

Salary Range: $140,000 ++ annually

Compensation above the posted range may be considered based on experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
