This role involves detailed engineering and studies to upgrade processing plants. Ideal candidates will apply their 15+ years of metallurgical process experience, focusing on design criteria and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify client needs and contribute to project proposals
- Develop process flow diagrams and select process equipment
- Oversee laboratory test programs and analyze data
- Prepare capital and operating cost estimates
- Supervise technicians and junior metallurgists

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
- 15+ years of relevant metallurgical experience
- Current P.ENG license required
- Strong initiative and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
