Engage directly with enterprise customers and prospects to understand challenges related to Salesforce development, security, compliance, governance, and data management.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success on strategic accounts, product demonstrations, competitive evaluations, and deal strategy. Partner closely with engineering on sprint planning, backlog prioritization, development, and release coordination.
Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, activation, expansion, NPS, and competitive win rates. Establish effective feedback loops between customers, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve product-market fit and accelerate delivery. 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 3 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent technologies. ~ Deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform, including metadata-driven architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem. ~ Proven track record of launching and scaling products adopted and purchased by enterprise customers, particularly Fortune 500 or regulated organizations. ~ Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, security, compliance, or enterprise governance technologies is strongly preferred. ~ Strong understanding of the Salesforce competitive landscape and the ability to assess competing and native solutions strategically. ~ Clear perspective on how AI and machine learning, particularly Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud, will transform Salesforce development, governance, and enterprise workflows. ~ Experience working within the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product organization, is highly desirable. ~ Experience operating at the intersection of DevOps, security, and compliance in regulated industries is an advantage.
~ Experience leading product-led growth initiatives, including self-service onboarding, in-product conversion, and expansion strategies, is a plus. ~ Hands-on product execution skills, including writing PRDs, working directly with customers, reviewing designs, and participating in sprint reviews. ~ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to C-suite stakeholders and translate requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams. ~ Ability to work effectively across executive leadership, engineering, sales, customer success, and enterprise customer teams. ~ Willingness to travel or participate in customer, industry, and Salesforce ecosystem events as required. Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus.
Equity participation. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. Retirement savings benefits. Remote work flexibility for candidates based in Canada. Opportunity to shape the future of enterprise Salesforce products and AI-driven DevOps.
Direct collaboration with senior executive and technical leadership. Exposure to Fortune 500 customers and complex enterprise technology environments. Opportunities to participate in Salesforce ecosystem events, conferences, and customer engagements.
