We're Hiring: Project Manager – Restoration | Greater Vancouver Area

About the Opportunity
As Project Manager, you'll take charge of managing restoration projects from initial emergency response through to completion. You’ll be the key contact between property owners, insurers, and trades — making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and with quality results.
Your day-to-day will include handling mitigation efforts, estimating and planning repairs, and ensuring your team delivers exceptional service every step of the way. This role offers significant autonomy and room to grow as the company expands.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and overseeing property restoration projects, including water damage, fire, and storm-related losses
- Acting as the main liaison between insurance adjusters, homeowners, and restoration teams
- Coordinating and scheduling crews and subcontractors to meet project timelines
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and documentation from start to finish
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across all jobs
- Supporting clients through what is often a very difficult time, with empathy and professionalism
- Coaching and guiding field staff to maintain high performance and morale
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in restoration or insurance claims project management
- Solid knowledge of tools like Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection, Outlook, and ideally Matterport/Encircle
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Clear, confident communication with both clients and crews
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt in a fast-changing environment
Perks & Compensation
- Base salary: $95,000 – $110,000 (plus commission opportunities)
